Common Training Program

       In our Common Training Program (CTP), we have a number of Adult programs to fit your needs and schedule.
The CTP provides our instructors with an efficient and effective method of teaching techniques to trainees. Besides trainees would learn common values which are the fundamental principles of martial arts: Self Confidence, Self Esteem, Respect, Courtesy, Courage, Perseverance, Honesty and Integrity.

CTP is a great way to learn valuable Nisa skills in public. And also learn how to control your mind and body at the same time.
