     When one mentions “personal training” there’s usually the preconceived notion that it’s the same type of training done individually.
That’s not the case here in our personal (one-on-one) training, our aim is to meet the needs, goals and interests of our students which means we actually go that extra mile to customize a specific martial arts training program for you according to your personal preferences
